It was in the Official Report of the Kenyan National Assembly Wednesday, 5th November, 2008.

It is also archived here in case it gets scrubbed from the official web site of the Kenyan Parliament. (A likely possibility, given that the Kenyan government has already issued a gag order for Obama’s family).
UPDATE: The original HAS BEEN SCRUBBED from the official web site of the Kenyan Parliament! I’m glad I archived it. This scrubbing adds to the suspicion that Obama really is a son of Kenyan soil, and this document is a “smoking gun” that had to be scrubbed.

If the unqualified President elect wasn’t born in Kenya,
then why is this happening:
The Certification of Live Birth that the Daily KOS posted, supposedly for “Barack Hussein Obama II” screams “Hey! I Be A Forgery!” and is as authentic as the COLB for “Haye I.B Ahphorgerie“.
But with or without an authentic COLB, Obama is not qualified for POTUS & C-in-C because he had British citizenship at birth.
The forged COLB just adds to his audacious Chicago politician dishonesty and disdain for the rule of law.

And lest you think this is a partisan argument (it’s not), John Sidney McCain III was born in Colon, Republic of Panama, which is OUTSIDE the former US controlled Canal Zone and is, unquestionably, sovereign Panamanian territory.
In addition, Róger Calero, Socialist Workers Party candidate for President of the United States on the ballot in several states, was born in Nicaragua.
In all 50 states, the Secretary of State allowed multiple unqualified Presidental candidates to be on the ballot!
Three political parties, the Democratic, Republican, and Socialist Workers parties, nominated a candidate who is not a natural born citizen of the United States. Courts have told “We the People” that we do not have “standing” to require that the Constitution be supported, defended, and enforced on candidates for the office of President of the United States and Commander in Chief of all of our armed forces.
I, for one, expect Senators and Representatives to uphold their sworn oath of office and guarantee that the next President and Vice-President of the United States meet the Constitutional requirements to hold the office of President. And if the Congress does not fulfill their Constitutional responsibility, then I expect the Supreme Court to step in and declare Obama, McCain, and Calero as all ineligible to hold the office of President.

The Kenyan parliament says Kenya is “the country which he originates from“. The “he” in that sentence refers to “the President-elect, Mr. Obama … a son of the soil of this country.”
How much more obvious can it be that Kenya considers Obama a natural born citizen of Kenya?!
To date, the only original birth certificate for Barack Hussein Obama II, showing a delivering doctor’s name, is a Kenyan birth certificate.
To date, the only original birth certificate for Barack Hussein Obama II for which someone has submitted a sworn affidavit under penalty of perjury, is a Kenyan birth certificate.
If Obama was born in Kenya, but later adopted by Lolo Soetoro in Honolulu, Hawaii, a new suplemental birth certificate would have been generated, showing Lolo as the father and Honolulu, Hawaii as the birthplace.
That is why Dr. Fukino’s claim that Obama was born in Hawaii, without her saying whether the “vital record” behind that claim is from 1961 showing Barack Hussein Obama as the father (and not from later in the 1960′s showing Lolo Soetoro as the father), cannot be taken as proof that Obama was born in Hawaii.
It is possible for both the Kenyan birth certificate and Dr. Fukino’s claim of Hawaiian birth to be legally true, but only if Obama was adopted by Soetoro. And given that “Barack Obama” was known as “Barry Soetoro” when he lived in Indonesia, it is likely that Lolo did adopt him.

No one doubts that if Obama was born in Kenya, then he is not a natural born citizen of the United States.
However, even if Obama was born in Hawaii, he still is not a natural born citizen of the United States.

and the egg (Dr. Fukino’s second News Release).
On July 27, 2009, the vote on House Resolution 593 came at 6:55pm EDT (12:55pm HST).
And on that same day, Dr. Fukino’s second News Release was first made public in a PDF attachment in an email sent to MissTickly at 11:45pm EDT (5:45pm HST).
