A Different “9/11 Truth”

This is A Different “9/11 Truth”.  Very different from the “9/11 Truther” norm.
I challenge anyone to disprove even a single one of the Truth: statements below.

Truth: Years ago, William Ayers and the Weather Underground bombed the US Capitol Building.

Truth: William Ayers said, “I don’t regret setting bombs. I feel we didn’t do enough.”

Truth: Those words were printed in the New York Times on the exact same day that both New York City and the US Capital city were bombed with commercial jets…September 11, 2001.  It is believed that the 4th jet, which passengers tried to take back and which crashed in PA, was intended to hit the US Capitol Building.

Opinion: Given what Ayers said, I assume that he would have been pleased to see that 4th jet hit the Capitol Building.

Question: What did William Ayers know about the 9/11 attacks, and when did he know it?

Truth: William Ayers and his wife Bernardine Dohrn named their two children Zayd and Malik.

Truth: Zayd is an Arabic name meaning “one who progresses and makes other people progress.”  The most famous person in Islam named Zayd is Zayd ibn Harithah, who was the orphan boy fostered by the Muslim Prophet Muhammad.

Truth: Malik is an Arabic word meaning “king”.  Malik is one of the names of Allah, “King” in the absolute sense.

Truth: On April 2, 2009 President Barack Hussein Obama bent low to the King of the country which supplied most of the 9/11 terrorists. That same King is also considered the guardian of Mecca.

Truth: On June 4, 2009 that same King Abdullah awarded Obama Saudi Arabia’s highest honor the King Abdul Aziz Order of Merit.

Truth: An author with several books of his own has laid out evidence in support of the hypothesis that Barack Obama needed substantial help to write his 1995 memoir, Dreams From My Father, and that this help came from the man who has made “unrepentant” a household word, William (Bill) Ayers. (A follow-up article is here).

Truth: Blogger Anne Leary reported on Tuesday, October 06, 2009 that on Monday morning she had encountered Bill Ayers at Reagan National airport in D.C., and this was part of the conversation:

Then, unprompted he said–I wrote Dreams From My Father. I said, oh, so you admit it. He said–Michelle asked me to. I looked at him. He seemed eager. He’s about my height, short. He went on to say–and if you can prove it, we can split the royalties. So I said, stop pulling my leg. Horrible thought. But he came again–I really wrote it, the wording was similar. I said I believe you probably heavily edited it. He said–I wrote it.

Truth: William Ayers’ forgotten communist manifesto: Prairie Fire.

Truth: Vladimir Putin rose to President of the Russian Federation on December 31, 1999, and (according to Alexander Litvinenko) Putin used bombings and other terrorism acts to come to power.

Alexander Litvinenko was a former officer of Russian Federal Security Service, who escaped prosecution in Russia and received a political asylum in Great Britain. He authored two books, “Blowing Up Russia: The Secret Plot to Bring Back KGB Terror” and “Lubyanka Criminal Group,” where he accused Russian secret services of staging Russian apartment bombings and other terrorism acts to bring Vladimir Putin to power.

On November 1, 2006, Litvinenko suddenly fell ill and was hospitalized. He died three weeks later, becoming the first known victim of lethal polonium-210-induced acute radiation syndrome. According to doctors, “Litvinenko’s murder represents an ominous landmark: the beginning of an era of nuclear terrorism.”

UPDATE 1/21/2016:

LONDON — A high-profile British inquiry into the poisoning of Alexander V. Litvinenko, a former K.G.B. officer turned critic of the Kremlin, concluded in a report released on Thursday that his murder “was probably approved” by President Vladimir V. Putin of Russia and the head of the country’s spy service.

Truth: This is how Obama greeted Vladimir Putin:

Truth: Russia is an observer nation of the “57 states” of the Organisation of the Islamic Conference (OIC), whose flag:

has an overall green background (symbolic of Islam). In the center, there is an upward-facing red crescent enveloped in a white disc. On the disc the words “Allahu Akbar” are written in modern Arabic calligraphy.

Truth: “Allahu Akbar” were the last recorded words of the 9/11 hijackers.

Truth:

Qiblah (Arabic: قبلة‎, also transliterated as Kiblah) is an Arabic word for the direction that should be faced when a Muslim prays during Salah. Most mosques contain a mihrab, a niche in a wall that indicates the qiblah.

The qiblah has importance to more than just the salaat, and plays an important part in everyday ceremonies. The head of an animal that is slaughtered using Halal methods is aligned with the qiblah. After death, Muslims are buried with their faces in the direction of the qiblah. Thus, archeology can indicate a Muslim necropolis if no other signs are present.

A mihrab (Arabic: محراب pl. محاريب‎) is a niche in the wall of a mosque that indicates the qibla, that is, the direction of the Kaaba in Mecca and hence the direction that Muslims should face when praying. The wall in which a mihrab appears is thus the “qibla wall.”

Truth: You can go to eqibla.com, type “United Airlines Flight 93, United States” in the location box, and click the “Locate” button to find the qibla direction for the Flight 93 crash site.

Truth: Here is a picture showing the design of the Flight 93 memorial, and how it strongly resembles a mihrab, indicating the qibla direction that should be faced when a Muslim prays toward Mecca.

Questions: Is that monument intended as a tribute to the heroic passengers, or to the terrorist hijackers? Why is anyone in our government supporting this design?

Question: What did the Organisation of the Islamic Conference know about the 9/11 attacks, and when did they know it?

Question: What did Russia know, and when did they know it?

Question: What did Americans with Russian connections know, and when did they know it?

Truth: Ex-Communist Bella V. Dodd, wrote:

The Convention carried out various measures. It voted to dissolve the Communist Political Association and to re-establish the Communist Party. It voted to re-dedicate itself to its revolutionary task of establishing a Soviet America. It voted to intensify Marxist-Leninist education from the leaders down to the lowliest member. It voted to oust Browder as leader. It voted to return to the use of the word “comrade.”

Truth: Here are the results of searching Ayers’ blog for the words comrade, revolution, terror, and empire.

Truth: William Ayers travelled to Venezuela and spoke at the World Education Forum in November 2006. His comments began and ended with this [emphasis mine]:

President Hugo Chavez, Vice-President Vicente Rangel, Ministers Moncada and Isturiz, invited guests,comrades. I’m honored and humbled to be here with you this morning. I bring greetings and support from your brothers and sisters throughout Northamerica. Welcome to the World Education Forum! Amamos la revolucion Bolivariana!

Truth: Those last four lines are roughly translated:

Long Live Mission Sucre!
Long Live President Chavez!
Long Live the Bolivariana Revolution!
Until the Victory Always!

Truth: The relationship between Venezuela and Russia has been in the news recently.

Question: Given Ayers’ use of the red star on a black background, his four trips to Venezuela, his use of the words comrade, “Viva Presidente Chavez!” and “Viva La Revolucion Bolivariana!”, is it too much to ask if he also has connections to Russia?

Truth: Soviet defector Yuri Bezmenov described the  four stages of “Ideological Subversion“ (also known as “Active Measures” and “Psychological Warfare” as:

1) Demoralization
2) Destabilization
3) Crisis
4) Communist “Normalization”

Questions: Have the Soviets been behind the decades-long attempts to interpret our Constitution’s First Amendment as requiring a “Separation of Church and State”?  Is that an attempt to “De-moral-ize” our country?

Truth: The Constitution of the United States does not include the phrase “Separation of Church and State” anywhere in the original document or subsequent amendments, but Article 124 of the 1936 Constitution of the U.S.S.R. (Union of Soviet Socialist Republics) contians the phrase “the church in the U.S.S.R. is separated from the state”.

Truth: The actual text of our Constitution’s First Amendment is:

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.

Opinion: There is a significant difference between “establishment” and “endorsement“.  Our Congress has never “established” a religion, but our Congress has always “endorsed” Christianity.  There have been constant attempts over the last 60+ years to mis-interpret and re-interpret the First Amendment as meaning something (i.e., the removal of faith from politics) that it absolutely does not say.  And while those attempts are now mostly carried out by Natural Born U. S. Citizens, they probably trace their roots to Soviet attempts to “Demoralize” our country.

Opinion: The Demoralization stage could very well be the reinterpretation of the First Amendment to mean “Separation of Church and State”.

Opinion: The Destabilization stage could very well be the Destabilization of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac.

Opinion: The Crisis stage could very well be the current financial crisis, as well as the Manufactured Crisis that Senator Joe Biden has assured us is certain to happen in the first six months of an Obama presidency.

Truth: It is reported that Vice-Presidential candidate Joe Biden, speaking in Seattle on Sunday, October 19, 2008,  said:

“Mark my words. It will not be six months before the world tests Barack Obama like they did John Kennedy. The world is looking,” Biden said.

“Remember I said it standing here. if you don’t remember anything else I said. Watch, we’re gonna have an international crisis, a generated crisis, to test the mettle of this guy. And he’s gonna have to make some really tough — I don’t know what the decision’s gonna be, but I promise you it will occur. As a student of history and having served with seven presidents, I guarantee you it’s gonna happen,” Biden continued.

Truth: RUSSIAN ANALYST PREDICTS DECLINE AND BREAKUP OF USA

Opinion: The next President of the United States will determine whether or not we enter the fourth and final stage: Communist “Normalization”.  Those “really tough decisions” could be to impose Martial law and rewrite our Constitution.

Truth: On October 1, 2008, the U.S. Army 3rd Infantry Division’s 1st Brigade Combat Team (BCT) began a 12 month assignment under the day-to-day control of U.S. Army North, the Army service component of Northern Command (NorthCom).  This new mission marks the first time an active unit has been given a dedicated assignment to NorthCom.  After 1st BCT finishes its dwell-time mission, expectations are that another, as yet unnamed, active-duty brigade will take over and that the mission will be a permanent one.

Question: With America in Crisis: Are we Preparing for Martial Law and Communist “Normalization”?

Questions: Who ordered the destruction of 2.5 terabytes (TB) of data collected by project Able Danger, and why? Did it start to reveal connections from the terrorists to Russian Communists to US Government officials?

Truth: It wouldn’t be the first time Russian Communists were connected to US Government officials and those US officials tried to cover it up…

Drawing on primary sources—including never-before-published government records and FBI files, as well as recent research gleaned from Soviet archives and intercepted transmissions between Moscow spymasters and their agents in the United States—Evans presents irrefutable evidence of a relentless Communist drive to penetrate our government, influence its policies, and steal its secrets. Most shocking of all, he shows that U.S. officials supposedly guarding against this danger not only let it happen but actively covered up the penetration. All of this was precisely as [Senator] Joe McCarthy contended.

Truth: On September 17, 2008 the LA Times ran the following (and “last week”, at that time, would have coincidentally included the 7th anniversary of September 11, 2001):

Julius and Ethel Rosenberg were executed 55 years ago, on June 19, 1953. But last week, they were back in the headlines when Morton Sobell, the co-defendant in their famous espionage trial, finally admitted that he and his friend, Julius, had both been Soviet agents.

Comment: There are a lot of interesting comments about Soviet Espionage in the Hot Air post: News flash (to the Left): Rosenbergs were spies.

Truth: This Breach was real.

Truth: International Workers’ Day (a name used interchangeably with May Day) occurs on May 1 and is the commemoration of the Haymarket Affair in Chicago in 1886.

Truth: May Day commonly sees organized street demonstrations and street marches by Marxists in many countries around the world. In the United States, those marches have taken the form of massive rallies in favor of amnesty for illegal aliens.

Truth: Barack Hussein Obama referred to May 1st as “May Day” when he said:

I remember May Day 2006, when I marched shoulder-to-shoulder with the Hispanic community to stand up for comprehensive immigration reform.

Truth: Some of the demonstrators on that day carried signs with images of Marxist revolutionary Ernesto “Che” Guevara and the words “Sí Se Puede” (which is loosely translated “Yes, We Can!”)

Question: What Does A “Community Organizer” Do?

Truth: Barack Hussein Obama said very honestly:

“I think that when you spread the wealth around, it’s good for everybody.”

Truth: Russia will complete Iran nuclear plant.

Truth: In August 2005, Barack Hussein Obama visited nuclear and biological weapons destruction sites in Russia, Ukraine, and Azerbaijan with Senate Foreign Relations Committee Chairman Richard Lugar (R-IN). They also met with top political and military officials in each of these countries.

Truth: Something unusual happened on that trip.

Question: What was discussed while Obama spent those three hours in Russia’s city of Perm?

Truth: Prior to testifying before the 9/11 Commission, Sandy Berger illegally removed classified documents from the National Archives and destroyed some of them.  While the Justice Department prosecutors said that Berger only removed classified copies of data stored on hard drives stored in the National Archives, and that no original material was destroyed, we do not know what handwritten notes may have been on those destroyed documents.

Question: What evidence was so damning that former Clinton National Security Adviser Sandy Berger had to steal that evidence from the National Archives and destroy it?

Question: Why didn’t Sandy Berger go to jail for his very serious crime?

Question: Why did the new National Archivist (someone who presumably has free reign within the National Archives) choose to have Clinton-nominated Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsberg speak at his Investiture as the Ninth Archivist of the United States on March 7, 2005? Ginsberg’s words are haunting to me, knowing that the archivist could destroy any record of our past that they find “inconvenient”:

The records gathered and preserved in the Archives, it has been said, constitute society’s memories. They make enlightened government possible for today for, as Santayana famously said: “Those who cannot remember the past are condemned to repeat it. “I wish our new Archivist well in the essential work entrusted to him.

Truth: This new Archivist of the United States, Allen Weinstein, a man who wrote a book on Soviet Espionage, joked in his own remarks that day:

…commit to a total effort over the next half-decade (but please do not call this the Archivist’s “Five Year Plan“)

Question: Has Dr. Weinstein’s “essential work” as Archivist been to complete the job that Sandy Berger started?

Truth: There are connections between Barack Hussein Obama and Syrian National/convicted felon Antonin Rezko.

Truth: Barack Hussein Obama said the following in one of his speeches:

But my journey is part of a larger journey – one shared by all who’ve ever sought to apply the values of their faith to our society. It’s a journey that takes us back to our nation’s founding, when none other than a UCC church inspired the Boston Tea Party and helped bring an Empire to its knees.

Truth: Barack Hussein Obama attended a UCC church for over 20 years, under his pastor Reverend Jeremiah Wright.  Barack Hussein Obama called Jeremiah Wright his “inspiration”.

Truth: Jeremiah Wright said, “No, no, no!  Not God Bless America, God Damn America!”

Question: Did Barack Hussein Obama’s UCC church and pastor inspire him to bring America to its knees?

Truth: Barack Hussein Obama’s successor as Illinois Senate Senator, Kwame Raoul, is also a member of Trinity United Church of Christ.  Kwame Raoul named his children after a comprehensive treatise on the contents of Islam (Mizan) and a Marxist revolutionary (Che).

Truth: Barack Hussein Obama gave his daughters names with possible Russian meanings. This is more questionable with his first daugther, Malia, whose name has Hawaiian meanings (H/T Panoptic ) in addition to being the last name of Martin Malia. This is less questionable with his second daughter Natasha (”Sasha“).

Truth: Jeremiah Wright said that the 9/11 attacks were America’s “Chickens coming home to roost!”

Truth: Nation of Islam member Malcolm X gave a speech: “God’s Judgement of White America (The Chickens Come Home to Roost)“.

Truth: Malcolm X said:

You will never get real freedom and recognition between black and white people in this country without destroying the country, without destroying the presentpolitcal system, without destroying the present economic system, without rewriting the entire Constitution. It will be a complete destruction of everything that America supposedly stands for.

Truth: The Communist Party USA has written an entire Constitution.

Truth: Malcolm X said, on several occasions, that they would achieve their goals “By Any Means Necessary“.

Truth: William Ayers’ office door is decorated with pictures of Mumia Abu-Jamal, Che Guevara and Malcolm X. Note that the original October 15, 2008 story by reporter James Janega in the Chicago Tribune was titled:

Bill Ayers: ‘What could I possibly add?’

Decades removed from his radical opposition to the Vietnam War, UIC professor William Ayers lies low amid the political furor

and contained the following quote:

Ayers’ office door is decorated with pictures of Mumia Abu-Jamal, Che Guevara and Malcolm X. It is also home to pictures of children, bills of rights for students and parents, and a rainbow-hued greeting card advising “How to Be Really Alive.” A place of prominence is given to a New Yorker cartoon of a man interviewing for a job. The interviewer says, “I’m trying to find a way to balance your strengths against your felonies.”

The original Chicago Tribune also included a picture of said door. The archive the Internet Archive November 6, 2010 archive of that story contains the quote above and the following picture:

Truth: Barack Hussein Obama said:

Only Malcolm X’s autobiography seemed to offer something different. His repeated acts of self-creation spoke to me. The blunt poetry of his words. His unadorned insistence on respect. He promised a new and uncompromising order, martial in its discipline.

Truth: Barack Hussein Obama’s pastor Jeremiah Wright said:

You don’t see the connection between 9/11/01 and the Israeli-Palestinian [conflict]?
Something wrong…you wanna borrow my glasses?

Truth: Jeremiah Wright co-authored a book praising the “Million Man March”.

Truth: The “Million Man March” was led by Nation of Islam head Louis Farrakhan.

Truth: Barack Hussein Obama was registered under the name “Barry Soetoro” serial number 203 and entered the Franciscan Asisi Primary School on 1 January 1968 and sat in class 1B.  School documents listed Barry Soetoro as an Indonesian citizen born in Honolulu, Hawaii on 4 August 1961. Barry’s religion was listed as Islam.  Photos of that Indonesian school registration can be found here.

Truth: In his first year of elected office, as the Member of the Illinois Senate from the 13th district, Barack Hussein Obama was the sole sponsor of SENATE RESOLUTION 90_SR0110, which concluded with the following:

RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETIETH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS,

that we salute the South Shore Islamic Community Centerfor their great work in making their community a better place to live;

and be it further RESOLVED,

That we declare November 1, 1997 to be the South Shore Islamic Community Center Day;

and be it further RESOLVED,

That a suitable copy of this resolution be presented to South Shore Islamic Community Center.

Truth: Barack Hussein Obama campaigned for Raila Odinga in Kenya.  Look what happened after Odinga lost the election…

Odinga was named prime minister in Kenya after his campaign called for protests of an election he lost by more than 200,000 votes to incumbent Mwai Kibaki. The resulting violence by marauding Muslim mobs left 1,000 people dead, hundreds of thousands displaced from their homes and 800 Christian churches damaged or destroyed. No Islamic mosques were damaged, however.

Truth: The Adhan is the Islamic call to prayer, and begins with four recitals of the words “Allahu Akbar” ([translated] “Allah is The Greatest”), followed by two recitals each of [translated] “I bear witness that there is no deity except Allah” and [translated] “I bear witness that Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah”. Those confessions represent the Shahada, the Muslim declaration of belief.

Truth: A single honest recitation of the Shahadah in Arabic is all that is required for a person to become a Muslim. A conversion to Islam is meant to be a one-way process, both for the individual and their descendants.^[1]

Truth:

Mr. Obama recalled the opening lines of the Arabic call to prayer, reciting them with a first-rate accent.In a remark that seemed delightfully uncalculated (it’ll give Alabama voters heart attacks), Mr. Obama described the call to prayer as “one of the prettiest sounds on Earth at sunset.”

Truth: Barack Hussein Obama chose to proudly recite in Arabic, with a first-rate accent, the Shahada, the Muslim declaration of belief.

Truth: Barack Hussein Obama chose to proudly recite, repeatedly, with a first-rate accent, the same words (“Allahu Akbar“) that were the last words of the 9/11 hijackers whose intended target was the US Capitol Building.

Truth: The traditional schools of Islamic jurisprudence are unanimous in holding that apostasy by a male Muslim is punishable by death.

Truth: Barack Hussein Obama chose to proudly recite, repeatedly, with a first-rate accent, the words that convince many Muslims that he is a Muslim. [Again, translated]:

I bear witness that there is no deity except Allah.
I bear witness that Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah.

Question: Has Barack Hussein Obama ever proudly recited, even once, “Jesus is Lord“?

Truth: The Bible says that no one can say that Jesus is Lord except by the Holy Spirit:

Therefore I make known to you that no one speaking by the Spirit of God calls Jesus accursed, and no one can say that Jesus is Lord except by the Holy Spirit.

Truth: Barack Hussein Obama has said on multiple occasions:

My individual salvation depends on our collective salvation.

Truth: The Bible says that your salvation depends on what you believe in your heart and confess with your mouth:

that if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved.

Romans 10:9

Truth: The Bible says this about the importance of confessing Jesus Christ before men:

Therefore whoever confesses Me before men, him I will also confess before My Father who is in heaven. But whoever denies Me before men, him I will also deny before My Father who is in heaven.

Matthew 10:32-33

Truth: Jerome Corsi reports that Obama funded foreign thug who promised Islamic state.  This is the same Corsi who was detained in Kenya and not allowed to give his press conference there.

Question: In his debate with Hillary Rodham Clinton, when Barack Hussein Obama was asked about Bill Ayers, why did neglect to mention this in his response to the question?

Truth: Barack Hussein Obama is closely connected to an unrepentant domestic terrorist who bombed the US Capitol Building and said in the 9/11/2001 New York Times, “I don’t regret setting bombs. I feel we didn’t do enough.”

Truth: William Ayers co-founded the Weather Underground, a violent, Revolutionary Communist group that actively planned for the “elimination” of 25 million people.

Truth: William Ayers, on the day before the 7th anniversary of 9/11 (September 10, 2008), made this post to his blog:

“The end of an empire is messy at best….

and this one is ending like all the rest.” Randy Newman

Truth: While Barack Hussein Obama said:

But my journey is part of a larger journey – one shared by all who’ve ever sought to apply the values of their faith to… bring an Empire to its knees.

and while Bill Ayers quoted:

“The end of an empire is messy at best….and this one is ending like all the rest”

the Program of the Communist Party USA mentions “imperial” words over 50 times and ends with this summary:

The problems of exploitation, oppression, and survival facing humankind can only be solved, ultimately, by the elimination of the exploitative system of capitalism. Our survival depends on a transformation to socialism. Truth: Barack Hussein Obama has included the words “bomber” and “hijacked” in his speeches.

Truth: New evidence has emerged that Barack Hussein Obama was, as early as age 25, closely associated to a key adviser to a Saudi billionaire who had mentored the founding members of the Black Panthers.

Truth: When “Barry Soetoro” entered the Franciscan Asisi Primary School, he was registered with citizenship: Indonesia and religion: Islam.

Truth: The candidate known as Barack Hussein Obama II (a.k.a. Barry Soetoro) said at a fundraiser in San Francisco, CA:

I traveled to Pakistan when I was in college — I knew what Sunni and Shia was [sic] before I joined the Senate Foreign Relations Committee.

Truth: ABC News Senior White House Correspondent Jake Tapper commented:

This last part — a college trip to Pakistan — was news to many of us who have been following the race closely. And it was odd that we hadn’t hear about it before, given all the talk of Pakistan during this campaign.

So I asked the Obama campaign for more information.

Apparently, according to the Obama campaign, In 1981 — the year Obama transferred from Occidental College to Columbia University — Obama visited his mother and sister Maya in Indonesia. After that visit, Obama traveled to Pakistan with a friend from college whose family was from there. The Obama campaign says Obama was in Pakistan for about three weeks, staying with his friend’s family in Karachi and also visiting Hyderabad in Southern India.

Truth: Pakistan in 1981 was under martial law, with opposition politicians incarcerated and media censorship enforced.

Question: With what nation’s passport, and with what name, did the candidate known as Barack Hussein Obama II (a.k.a Barry Soetoro) visit Pakistan in 1981?  Was it with an Indonesian passport?

Truth: Article II, Section 1 of the Constitution of the United States includes the following:

No person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President; neither shall any Person be eligible to that Office who shall not have attained to the Age of thirty-five Years, and been fourteen Years a Resident within the United States.

Truth: Indonesia does not allow dual-citizenship.  If Obama/Soetoro travelled to Pakistan in 1981 under an Indonesian passport, when he was older than 18, then he would have renounced any claim he may have had to U.S. citizenship.  And if so, then even if he became a U.S. citizen again at a later time, he would be a Naturalized (not Natural Born) citizen, and therefore ineligible to hold the office of President of the United States.

Question: Is Obama eligible to hold the office of President of the United States?  America Must Know.

Commentary:

How much – if anything – the 19- or 20-year-old Obama knew about the Afghanistan jihad during that 1981 visit is unclear.

But it’s precisely the shortage of details that worries some, like veteran security analyst Bahukutumbi Raman, a former Indian counterterrorism chief.

Mulling how a President Obama would deal with each of South Asia’s historical foes, Raman said that as an Indian, he naturally felt troubled that Obama had not disclosed the Pakistan visit earlier.

“Why did he keep mum on his visit to Pakistan till this question was raised?” asked Raman, who is the director of India’s Institute for Topical Studies. “Has he disclosed all the details regarding his Pakistan visit? Was it as innocuous as made out by him – to respond to the invitation of a Pakistani friend or was there something more to it?”

Raman continued, “As I read about Obama’s visit to Pakistan in the 1980s, I could not help thinking of dozens of things. Of the Afghan jihad against communism. Of the fascination of many Afro-Americans for the jihad. Of the visits of a stream of Afro-Americans to Pakistan to feel the greatness of the jihad. Of their fascination for Abdullah Azzam …”

Opinion: Based on Russia’s participation in the OIC, it appears that jihadists are no longer focusing their attention against communists.

Truth: An American Expat in Southeast Asia says:

A correct translation of the title of Obama’s book would have been “Keberanian Harapan: Pemikiran Untuk Meraih Kembali Impian America” which translates into “Audacity of Hope: Thoughts on Reclaiming The American Dream”. However, the title for the Indonesian translation of Barack Obama’s book is “Menerjang Harapan: Dari Jakarta Menuju Gedung Putih” which translates into “Assault Hope: From Jakarta to the White House“.

The problem with direct translations is that often times they never make sense. The words “menerjang” (assault or attack) and “harapan” (hope or expectation) make sense when used separately, but used together, the term “menerjang harapan” makes no sense in Indonesian. But while the term makes no sense, it does however present a mental picture to the native Indonesian speaker, the imagery of a “hopeful assault” a “struggle for victory” or to put it more bluntly, a “jihad”, or as the Indonesians see it, Obama’s “jihad” for the Whitehouse. For the native Indonesian speaker, this figurative language creates a mental image whereas the translation of the book’s title can actually come to mean “Jihad: From Jakarta To The Whitehouse“.

Why would the publishers drastically change the title of the book for the Indonesian translation and make use of such figurative language? Your guess is as good as mine, but it would seem that Barack Obama is quite interested with promoting himself in Southeast Asia as a crusader for the cause of Indonesia’s Muslims.

Truth: After the November 4th elections, Ayers admitted that he and Obama were “family friends“.

Truth: FrontPage Magazine reports:

…the Muslim-cultural Students Association (McSA) at Northwestern has announced plans to bring infamous Weather Underground terrorist Bill Ayers to campus. … The McSA plans to spend its entire Fall speakers budget of $21,000 to fund the event which features Ayers along with his wife and fellow Weather Underground member Bernadine Dohrn and Muslim radical, Imam Zaid Shakir, who co-founded the Islamic fundamentalist mosque Masjid al-Islam in Oakland, California.
