I believe it is.
Click on this link, then when the picture appears in your browser, hover over the bottom right corner of the picture until you see the “popup” button to maximize the image, and click that “popup” button. You are then looking at the “certificate” at maximimum resolution.
If this “certificate” were legitimate, you would expect the green paper color to show up in a consistent pattern in the background everywhere except where the black ink overlays it.
Look carefully at the fully-maximized image and you will realize that this is a photoshop of letters onto a blank certificate.
So what’s contained on Obama’s Real Birth Certificate?
What is he trying to hide?
UPDATE: Take a look at the comments below. The JPG shown on KOS is a cropped version of the JPG sent to FACTCHECK.ORG. Who cropped it, and why? This is a photoshop job, and makes it clear that Obama is hiding something.
UPDATE: A much more detailed analysis is available here. It seems pretty evident that this is a photoshop job, and the fact that Obama’s campaign is promoting this fraud means that he is actively trying to hide something. The truth will come out, just as it did in the fake “Bush National Guard memos”.
UPDATE: A Birth Certificate Could Doom Obama. It’s not too much to ask for Presidential candidates to be vetted against the Constitutional prerequisites for President – both age and being a Natural Born Citizen. Proof satisfying both of those prerequisites can be found in a Birth Certificate. If a candidate can’t produce one, they should not be allowed to run for President!
