Assault Hope: From Jakarta To The Whitehouse

An American Expat in Southeast Asia says:

The words “menerjang” (assault or attack) and “harapan” (hope or expectation) make sense when used separately, but used together, the term “menerjang harapan” makes no sense in Indonesian. But while the term makes no sense, it does however present a mental picture to the native Indonesian speaker, the imagery of a “hopeful assault” a “struggle for victory” or to put it more bluntly, a “jihad”, or as the Indonesians see it, Obama’s “jihad” for the Whitehouse. For the native Indonesian speaker, this figurative language creates a mental image whereas the translation of the book’s title can actually come to mean “Jihad: From Jakarta To The Whitehouse”.

That sounds about right –Hope and Assault, or “Hope and Change”.

The American dream begin when they were first called Christians in Antioch. The American dream begin when they rejected the Talmudic Laws of the Scribes and the Pharisees and accepted the sacrifice of the Son of God. The American dream begin when the New World was discovered.

Paul said keeping the letter of the Levitical law, which was appointed by/through angels of God kills, then the keeping of the Sharria laws of Satan must be a one way ticket to hell. I think American Christians will see this Hagarene child that is sitting in the oval office for what he is.

The American dream will be realized. Obama is just another bump in the road.

  2. Barack said that America is no longer a Christian nation.

Now, as he vacations in Martha’s Vinyard, I think he should watch this:

Muslim OPPOSITION to the Ground Zero mosque growing.

    M. Zuhdi Jasser, president of the American Islamic Forum for Democracy, also found fault with the proposal’s lavish scale.

Mosques, he wrote, are normally humble places for worship, and they shouldn’t be about making statements: “Religious freedom is central to our nation and that is why the location of this project is so misguided. Ground zero is purely about being American. It can never be about being Muslim.” you can read the rest:M. Zuhdi Jasser, president of the American Islamic Forum for Democracy, also found fault with the proposal’s lavish scale.

The article was written by Steve Emmerson, you can read ir at News Max, there is more.

Obama only knows christianity through the teachings of Rev Wright and the Black Liberation Theology taught at TUCC. So, yes, I can understand where Obama is coming from when he says America is not a christian nation.Simply because he has no idea what christianity is outside his Black Liberation social circle. He only knows what Rev Wright and TUCC represented. I think they represent the Black Muslims.

ABC, CBS, NBC have all been spewing their venom, saying, how terrible it is that the American people would question his Christian Faith. ABC in particular declared “how shameful it is that anyone would question the president’s Christian faith”. Yet they never so much as spoke, above a whisper, how he has made an international declaration stating we Americans are not Chritians.

Then we discover, “This year America will spend 6 million dollars to restore Islamic historic and cultural sites, including mosques, in 55 countries”.

As the leader of the free world this president has impugned the faith of MILLIONS OF AMERICAN CHRISTIANS in order he may receive accolades from his Muslim brothers. Our assessment of Obama is based on what we have heard and seen from Obama himself, facts. His assessment of America is based on the Islamic view.

  5. I think they represent the Black Muslims.

I wholeheartedly agree. The wolf of Nation of Islam theology, dressed in pseudo-Christian sheep’s clothing. They don’t want our God to bless America, they want their god to “damn America”.

    “Liberation Theology” – Orwellian, Indeed.

THAT the United States in Congress assembled highly approve the pious and laudable undertaking of Mr. Aitken, as subservient to the interest of religion, as well as an instance of the progress of arts in this country, and being satisfied from the above report of his care and accuracy in the execution of the work, they recommend this edition of the Bible to the inhabitants of the United States, and hereby authorize him to publish this Recommendation in the manner he shall think proper.

  7. skeeter says:

This, I would think, shows beyond any doubt our American Government and its elected officials, including presidents were all christians.

    “History of the Aitken Bible

On January 21, 1781, Robert Aitken presented a “memorial” [petition] to Congress offering to print “a neat Edition of the Holy Scriptures for the use of schools.” This is the text of that memorial:”

“After appointing a committee to study the project, Congress acted on September 12, 1782, by “highly approv[ing of] the pious and laudable undertaking of Mr. Aitken.” The endorsement by Congress was printed in the Aitken Bible:”

A neat edition of the Holy Scriptures for the use of schools, endorsed by Congress and no mention of any presidential veto.

    Kind of gives you chills.

  9. In fact, the proposed structure is known in Islamic history as a rabat — literally a connector. The first rabat appeared at the time of the Prophet.

The Prophet imposed his rule on parts of Arabia through a series of ghazvas, or razzias (the origin of the English word “raid”). The ghazva was designed to terrorize the infidels, convince them that their civilization was doomed and force them to submit to Islamic rule. Those who participated in the ghazva were known as the ghazis, or raiders.

After each ghazva, the Prophet ordered the creation of a rabat — or a point of contact at the heart of the infidel territory raided. The rabat consisted of an area for prayer, a section for the raiders to eat and rest and facilities to train and prepare for future razzias. Later Muslim rulers used the tactic of ghazva to conquer territory in the Persian and Byzantine empires. After each raid, they built a rabat to prepare for the next razzia.

It is no coincidence that Islamists routinely use the term ghazva to describe the 9/11 attacks against New York and Washington. The terrorists who carried out the attack are referred to as ghazis or shahids (martyrs).

Thus, building a rabat close to Ground Zero would be in accordance with a tradition started by the Prophet. To all those who believe and hope that the 9/11 ghazva would lead to the destruction of the American “Great Satan,” this would be of great symbolic value.

Faced with the anger of New Yorkers, the promoters of the project have started calling it the Cordoba House, echoing President Obama’s assertion that it would be used to propagate “moderate” Islam.

The argument is that Cordoba, in southern Spain, was a city where followers of Islam, Christianity and Judaism lived together in peace and produced literature and philosophy.

In fact, Cordoba’s history is full of stories of oppression and massacre, prompted by religious fanaticism. It is true that the Muslim rulers of Cordoba didn’t force their Christian and Jewish subjects to accept Islam. However, non-Muslims could keep their faith and enjoy state protection only as dhimmis (bonded ones) by paying a poll tax in a system of religious apartheid.

If whatever peace and harmony that is supposed to have existed in Cordoba were the fruit of “Muslim rule,” the subtext is that the United States would enjoy similar peace and harmony under Islamic rule.

A rabat in the heart of Manhattan would be of great symbolic value to those who want a high-profile, “in your face” projection of Islam in the infidel West.
