All employees, citizens and noncitizens, hired after November 6, 1986 and working in the United States must complete a Form I-9, Employment Eligibility Verification.

… and you see that Obama and Biden are legally required to produce hard copy documentation of not only their eligibility to work in the United states but also their eligibility to hold the office of President. And Congress has the legal responsibility to ensure that the President and Vice President have qualified.
If Barry Soetoro (a.k.a. Barack Obama) were born in a Hawaiian hospital, then there would be a Hawaiian long-form Birth Certificate proving that.
The contrapositive is that if there is not a Hawaiian long-form Birth Certificate, then he was not born in a Hawaiian hospital.
And if he wasn’t born at Kapi’olani Medical Center in Hawai‘i, then this document is fraudulent and the “Obama birth narrative” is fraudulent.
This is worse than Watergate.
We need to all keep the faith until members of Congress begin supporting and defending Article II Section 1, Section 3 of the 20th Amendment, and the Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986.
Step 1 is verifying the “Obama birth narrative”… seeing the original, certified, hard copy vital records to determine the truth of Soetoro/Obama’s birth.
Step 2 is reacting to the outcome of that verification…
If the “Obama birth narrative” is 100% true, then he is a usurper because he does not meet the Natural Law definition of “natural born citizen”.
George Washington, John Jay, and the Natural Law Definition of “Natural Born Citizen”
A usurper should be immediately removed from office, all of the usurped actions (including Obamacare) stricken from the record, and the usurper sent to Gitmo .
If the “Obama birth narrative” is not 100% true, then he is guilty of forgery, perjury, obstruction of justice, etc., so even if he is a natural born citizen of the United States, he would still be guilty of high crimes and misdemeanors, and should be impeached, convicted, removed from office, and sent to Gitmo.
Either way, Barry belongs in Gitmo!

Yeah, that’s not a law. I know, it’s difficult to understand. Read up the page for more clarification.
The Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986 is current law. There are no exceptions made for government employees. All means all. Obama must comply with the requirements of the Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986. Where is his Form I-9, Employment Eligibility Verification and the accompanying acceptable hard copy documentation?
Or, do you think Obama is above the law?

You and Michelle Bachmann “take him at his word”.

There is so much disinformation out there about this person it may be impossibile to ever know for certain who he is. One thing we can and do know for certain, its worth millions of dollars, to him, to keep his identity hidden. Him and who else?
“The only people who don’t want to disclose the truth are people with something to hide.”
I think it’s worth posting the full clip of what Michelle Bachmann said. Take note that she is not trying to silence the Constitutional Republicans like myself, she is trying to get Obama to release his records directly from those who have the authority to certify their authenticity.
And of course, verifying the “Obama birth narrative” is only half the story.
Verification is Step 1.
Responding to the outcome of that verification is Step 2.
I think Obama was born on the Mainland or in another nation but not in Hawaii. Of course Obama should settle the whole thing or resign instead of trying to be the mysterious multicultural man of the world. Obviously he doesn’t care about his credibility or the cost of keeping his birth a secret. If Frank M. Davis is his father he was most likely born on the Mainland. If Davis is not his father, he is from another nation and is the world’s greatest imposter.
Two separate and distinct issues:
1) Trust, but Verify. Is the Obama birth narrative 100% true? If not, laws have been broken.
2) “Natural” born citizen.
The New York Times spins and spins…
totally ignoring issue #2 ( “Natural” born citizen),
and distorting the truth about issue #1 (Trust, but Verify).
Stephanopoulos did not have a copy of the president’s Certification of Live Birth. No one can get one of those from the State of Hawaii without Obama’s consent, which Obama has refused to give.
Stephanopoulos had printouts of the Factcheck.org web pages, which show pictures claimed to be of Obama’s Certification of Live Birth. The pictures shown on the TV of the “Obama COLB” are the pictures from factcheck.org’s web site, not from any pictures taken of a COLB in Stephanopoulos’ possession. Why? Because Stephanopoulos does NOT have a certified, authentic copy of the “Obama COLB”, even though he tried to make it seem like he did. Blatant deception.
Stephanopoulos did not hand a document to Bachmann with the official seal of the state of Hawaii. He couldn’t, becuase he doesn’t have one. And there are differences between the “seal” on the Obama COLB and what is the true official seal of the Hawaii Department of Health.
Just a minor detail, I’m sure.
Let’s see Stephanopoulos ask Obama to authorize the release of Obama’s vital records, directly from the State of Hawaii, under seal, directly to members of Congress.
Stephy won’t do that.
And Michele Bachmann did not say that what George Stephanopoulos had there in the studio would settle the issue.
What Michele Bachmann said is that if some were to introduce [implied "in Congress"] such a document [from the State of Hawaii with an official seal], THAT would settle the issue.
That has not been done. No member of Congress has personally inspected any vital record for Barack Obama, sent to them directly from the State of Hawaii with an official seal.
And while that would settle issue #1 (Trust, but Verify), it would not settle issue #2 ( “Natural” born citizen).
The Senate had a discussion about whether or not John McCain should be considered a natural born citizen.
Neither the House nor the Senate has ever had a similar discussion about whether or not Barack Obama should be considered a natural born citizen.

John Jay “expressed that the Commander in Chief of the American Army shall not be given to nor devolve on, any but a natural born Citizen?”
That would create a great and grave concern should it happen. However, I think there is yet another reason for the “Natural Born Citizen” Clause. Nature can not be amended. The Founding Fathers certainly knew that. I honestly believe they intended this part of the Constitution to never be amended.
Everyone knows what amend means.

Who can “put right” nature “change or modify it for the better”?

Nature’s God, the Supreme Judge of the world, is the only one who can amend nature, or that which is natural. Obama is a natural man the same as any man. He just isn’t a natural born citizen of America. Not with a Kenyan father. Impossibile. Maybe Obama Sr isn’t his real father. Whatever the case he is still an imposter. But I really think it may be the SS cards that will bring him down.
I’m going to include a clip below. The Fox News guy here misrepresents the Stephanopoulos – Bachmann exchange as badly as the New York Times did.
Stephanopoulos did NOT have a certified copy of Obama’s COLB there in front of him, and Bachmann did NOT say that what Stephanopoulos had in front of him should put this to rest.
What Bachmann said is that someone should “introduce” Obama’s Certificate of Live Birth. As in, introduce it in Congress, where it matters.
Obama is not legally liable for anything Stephanopoulos claims to have in front of him as he is speaking to Bachmann.
Obama would be legally liable for the introduction in Congress of a document claiming to be his Birth Certificate. If a document introduced in Congress were found to be fraudulent, there would be hell to pay.
The Fox News guy below seems surprised and raises his eyebrows when he hears that “the birth certificate is only part of it”.
To the best of my knowledge, this is the first time that any major TV news channel has aired someone explaining, as I have above, that there are TWO DISTINCT issues. This is the first time that I’ve heard anyone on any major TV news channel mention that there is a question about the Founder’s intent of the meaning of “natural born citizen”, and that many people believe it requires TWO CITIZEN PARENTS.
And the guy doing the explaining is uniquely qualified to discuss this, having been a competitor in both of the races run by Obama at the Federal level: for U.S. Senator and for U.S. President.

Thank you for your comment. I appreciate the Supreme Court case reference. It’s good to see in writing the acknowledgement of the tie between the Constitution and the Declaration of Independence.
And understanding that the Founders founded our nation and our Constitution on “the Laws of Nature and of Nature’s God” helps one to understand the meaning of “natural” in the phrase “natural born citizen”.
