… then one sees that Obama and Biden are legally required to produce hard copy documentation of not only their eligibility to work in the United states but also their eligibility to hold the office of President.
And Congress has the legal responsibility to ensure that the President and Vice President have qualified.
A Constitutional Republican expects those who swore an oath to support and defend the Constitution and the Rule of Law to ACTUALLY DO SO.
I will not support a primary candidate who does not support and defend the Constitution and the Rule of Law.
Is the President above the law? Obama was legally required to submit an I-9 form with acceptable hard copy documentation. Did he do so? Shouldn’t you care whether or not he did so? Don’t let the Alinsky media intimidate you. Stand up for the Constitution and the Rule of Law, or don’t even think of running for President!
I too have already contacted his campaign stating that I would not be voting for him due to his stance on the issue. If he is the Republican nominee – I will just not vote – which is not the right thing to do, but I will not vote for someone who thinks I am ridiculous in my support of the Constitution.
If he can’t stand up for the Constitution, what difference will it make if it is him or Obama in that office – they are basically the same with regards to their respect of the Constitution.
I hope these candidates get tons of messages about how important an issue eligibility is and stop trying to pander to the left on the issue. I believe this will be an important factor in 2012 and the sooner the perspective Republican candidates realize it, the better their chances will be.

RedPill, Me again — After only twelve comments on a Trump video talking about this with O’Reilly, over at Breitbarttv, I can not get back to the vid or comments — keep getting an error code. All the other vids on the site are working. I thought something was strange because of how few comments showing up — not typical for this subject. Oh well.

The next president should take care to prevent any communists or socialists like Obama from running for any office in the united states of america. Lets go back to the McCarthy era and require all socialist and communist in America to register as government subversives and bar them from holding any state or government office.
