Without evidence to the contrary, we must assume that Obama is in Violation of Current Immigration Law. This is not a matter of “innocent until proven guiltly”, but rather “ineligible until proven eligible”.
There has been a lot of attention on the fact that Arizona Governor Jan Brewer just signed the nation’s toughest immigration enforcement bill.
I commend that new law, but how about enforcing a current Federal Immigration Law that has been on the books for over 23 years?
On April 30, 1789, George Washington took the oath of office as President of the United States from the balcony of Federal Hall in New York City. The President and Congress shared space in Federal Hall with the New York Society Library.
Some of the records of that Library are of particular interest when considering the influence of the works of Emmerich de Vattel on our Founding Fathers.
Why does this matter? Because of how Vattel defined explained the Natural Law definition of a term that our Founders wrote into our Constitution, and the implications to Barack Hussein Obama.

George Washington himself counseled us that without an humble imitation of Jesus Christ, we can never be a happy Nation.
The Revolutionary Anti-Imperialist Movement is calling on all radicals – anarchists and communists, Mexican and Black nationalists, Third Worldists and Indigenists, students, social critics and anti-racists – to come out and oppose this vile, hateful message in the midst of the Tea Party Movement. Bring signs, bullhorns, props, a hat and sunglasses, etc. Cut loose and let these racist crackers know they are opposed.

But my journey is part of a larger journey – one shared by all who’ve ever sought to apply the values of their faith to our society. It’s a journey that takes us back to our nation’s founding, when none other than a UCC church inspired the Boston Tea Party and helped bring an Empire to its knees.
The Boston Tea Party was not about bringing the British Empire to its knees. It was about freedom from tyranny. The Founders wanted the British to leave us alone… they didn’t care what happened to the British “Empire” elsewhere.
Obama tried to paint himself as having something in common with our Founders, but he doesn’t. Instead, he has a lot in common with the Communist revolutionaries of “The Revolutionary Anti-Imperialist Movement”.
In my opinion, it’s pretty obvious that Obama’s agenda and the agenda of “The Revolutionary Anti-Imperialist Movement” are one and the same.

I do not like referring to people by their skin color (I judge people by the content of their character, not by the color of their skin), but for the purposes of this post it is both relevant and necessary.
The Media have consistently and continually referred to Barack Hussein Obama II as the “first black President”.
The Media have consistently and continually referred to the Tea Parties as “mostly white”, and tried to paint opposition to Democratic Socialist policies as being racially-motivated against Obama, the “first black President”.

Do blacks attend Tea Parties?

But not only do they attend Tea Parties, they speak at them (see videos in comments below), and some even run for office.

On Tuesday Aug 26, 2008, at the Democratic National Convention, Michelle Obama spoke to LGBT delegates hosted by Rep. Barney Frank, Rep. Tammy Baldwin, the Gay and Lesbian Victory Fund, and the Human Rights Campaign.
A portion of Michelle’s speech athat was promoted by the Obama campaign. It’s interesting how the Obama campaign didn’t include the part where Michelle said,
When we took our trip to Africa and visited his home country in Kenya, we took a public HIV test.
I guess they don’t want Michelle Obama to be “smeared” as a “Birther”!!!

Regardless of where on this planet Barack was born, if his father was who he says it was, then Barack was born a British subject, who became a Kenyan citizen.
Barack’s own campaign web site referred to “his Kenyan citizenship“. His wife calls Kenya his “home country“. And the Official Report of the Kenyan National Assembly Wednesday, 5th November, 2008, said:
