He is no longer repeating the familiar scripts dreamed up for the campaign. He was a master performer.
But when he goes improv, as a president must do, he lets his true character show. This helps widen the level of doubt that Obama is the same guy a majority voted for. Those doubts can only grow.

Now the Senate will soon be voting on the confirmation of Judge Sotomayor to become a Supreme Court Justice. Before the Senate can do that, however, they will have to put to rest the questions about Obama’s Constitutional eligibility to hold the office of President and therefore to make this nomination.
What documents have Senators inspected to ensure that Obama was born on U.S. soil? What have Senators done to erase the doubts, raised by the U.S. Supreme Court after the 14th Amendment, about whether or not a child of a non-Citizen could be considered a “natural born Citizen”?
Yet, Barack Obama has failed to provide critical documents (his original birth certificate, among others) as part of the record that could have provided Congress with a better basis to make their judgment with respect to his eligibility to make this nomination.

If the truth does not match the COLB produced at the Obama Campaign Headquarters in Chicago, this will be bigger than Watergate and there will be hell to pay.
If the truth does match the COLB produced at the Obama Campaign Headquarters in Chicago, then Barack Hussein Obama passed British citizenship on to his son Barack Hussein Obama II… British citizenship that he still has today. Assuming the COLB matches the truth, Obama was born a citizen of two countries – the United States and Great Britain. Obama’s own campaign admitted he was born a British subject. Being born a citizen of a foreign country, and being born a natural born citizen of the United States, are mutually exclusive.
Congress, the President, and the Supreme Law of the Land

1) Personally inspect a certified copy of Obama’s original birth certificate, sent to them under seal directly from the State of Hawaii. (Just as was done with the certification of the Electoral College vote)
2) Ask the Supreme Court to clarify the meaning of the Constitutional phrase “Natural Born Citizen”.
And the State of Hawaii cannot stand in their way.

July 21, 2009In his “Gay Marriage and the Constitution” Wall Street Journal opinion piece, David Boies is not only wrong about the Constitution, he is wrong about God.
Recently, Ted Olson and I brought a lawsuit asking the courts to now declare unconstitutional California’s Proposition 8 limitation of marriage to people of the opposite sex. We acted together because of our mutual commitment to the importance of this cause, and to emphasize that this is not a Republican or Democratic issue, not a liberal or conservative issue, but an issue of enforcing our Constitution’s guarantee of equal protection and due process to all citizens.
…But, in fact, the sexual orientation of gays and lesbians is as much a God-given characteristic as the color of their skin or the sexual orientation of their straight brothers and sisters.

Okay, I haven’t read all of the comments but I see three serious problems with Bois’s statement:
1. When he says,
“But, in fact, the sexual orientation of gays and lesbians is as much a God-given characteristic as the color of their skin or the sexual orientation of their straight brothers and sisters.”
that is ignorance or demonstrating lack of research at best and lying at worst because I know several men and women who were in the gay lifestyle and no longer are, haven’t been for years/decades, and many of them happily married now;
2. as much as gay activists would like to wish it were so, there is not a shred of scientific evidence that has ever proven than people are born gay (if such scientific proof existed it would be thrown in our face daily); and
3. following Bois’s logic, any number of two or [more] people who are “in love” should have the right by law to get married. Which is what gay activisits really want: the destruction of the institution of marriage.
The destruction of the institution of marriage is a common objective of many of those who rebel against God and His Word. For example, it is one of the Communist Goals:
#40. Discredit the family as an institution. Encourage promiscuity and easy divorce.
Promotion of easy divorce has already been achieved over the last few decades. In my opinion, gay marriage does not encourage easy divorce, and David Boies is using that as a strawman argument to easily knock down. Let me say it again: I do not believe gay marriage encourages heterosexual divorce.
But gay marriage does discredit the family as an institution.
Children are conceived by, and are best raised by, the union of one man and one woman.
That is the way God designed it to be. But David Boies says:

Oh, really?
If that’s a “fact”, as Boies claims, where’s the proof that sexual orientation is as much a characteristic of DNA as skin color?
If Boies wants to use the words “fact” and “God” in the same sentence, then why is he silent about what the Bible has to say about “truth”, “God”, and homosexuality?
For this reason God gave them up to vile passions. For even their women exchanged the natural use for what is against nature. Likewise also the men, leaving the natural use of the woman, burned in their lust for one another, men with men committing what is shameful, and receiving in themselves the penalty of their error which was due.
And even as they did not like to retain God in their knowledge, God gave them over to a debased mind, to do those things which are not fitting;
Homosexuality is not “a God-given characteristic”. It is a “vile passion“, “against nature”, “shameful”, “error” for which “penalty” is “due”, and the act of “a debased mind”.
That’s what God has to say about homosexuality. That’s a fact. And God’s Word is truth.
For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life. For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world through Him might be saved.
Jesus said to him, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me.
David Boies is not only wrong about God, he is wrong about the Constitution.

If Boies really believes that the founders who wrote the Constitution would support gay marriage under “equal protection and due process to all citizens”, then perhaps he should go back and review the laws in colonial America, where homosexuality was punishable by death, and the laws specifying capital punishment specifically referenced Bible verses. Open, Transparent, and Accountable

Where is the document, certified authentic by the State of Hawaii, proving Obama’s birth location?
The State of Hawaii has never officially said that Obama was born there, and has never officially said that the “COLB” he produced at the Obama campaign headquarters is authentic.
The only group that has claimed the COLB is authentic is a group that lied about the document itself and lied about what a Hawaiian official said.
Annenberg Political Fact Check (www.FactCheck.org) claims that:
FactCheck.org staffers have now seen, touched, examined and photographed the original birth certificate
and
The director of Hawaii’s Department of Health confirmed Oct. 31 that Obama was born in Honolulu.
Both of those statements are NOT TRUE!
Annenberg Political Fact Check examined a Certification of Live Birth, not “the original birth certificate”.
Dr. Chiyome Fukino, in her statement released October 31, 2008 NEVER confirmed that Obama was born in Honolulu.
With Annenberg Political Fact Check telling two outright lies, why should anyone accept their word that Obama’s COLB is authentic?
Why did our Congress inspect official certificates, issued by the Secretary of State from each of the 50 states, for the electoral college vote, but our Congress outsourced the inspection of Barack Hussein Obama’s birth certificate to demonstrated liars Annenberg Political Fact Check?
Does anyone in Congress have the “huevos” to insist that they be shown an official birth certificate, issued directly from the State of Hawaii, for Barack Hussein Obama?
The birth certificate is only a secondary issue, as Obama has already admitted that he was born a British subject.

But even those who believe that birth on U.S. soil is all that is required to be a “Natural Born Citizen”, must admit that Annenberg Political Fact Check did not tell the truth when they claimed they examined Obama’s “original birth certificate” and they did not tell the truth when they claimed “The director of Hawaii’s Department of Health confirmed Oct. 31 that Obama was born in Honolulu”.
How about some honesty?
How about some openness?
How about some transparency?
How about some accountability?
Don’t believe Obama’s promises about anything.
