John, in a court of law, there is absolutely NO DIFFERENCE between lying and intentionally misleading. If it is shown later on that Obama was not born in Hawaii, and the officials knew about this, they will need to convert the local Wal-Mart into a prison to house all the people that will need to go to jail. Even if they had not said anything at all, and refused to issue a statement, they would still be charged, because they failed to report that a document (the COLB presented by the Obama campaign) was in the public that is fake. Government officials are required to report this sort of thing.
Not all Muslims follow the rule that they need to kill “non muslims”. Surprisingly few actually. The amount of Christians that have chastised me for wearing clothes of mixed fibers is exactly the same as the amount of muslims who have killed me. The Koran and the Bible are just old books – both have many beautiful passages and valuable lessons, and both have a bunch of out-dated rules that civilized society left behind a long time ago.
Come on John. Even most devout Christians and Muslims I know believe that.

I’m not answering Ryan, because that would be pointless.
But Ryan mentioned clothes of mixed fibers and Christians in the same sentence, a popular jab from those who disgard morals by blurring differences between the Old and New Testaments.
Christians are taught by the New Testament to do no sinful thing of any kind.
Christians are taught by the New Testament to love one another as Christ–who gave His life for His friends–loved us.
Christians would not be finding fault with others for running afoul of the many ceremonial laws in the Old Testament, because we understand that the Law serves only to condemn all and to demonstrate the need for salvation since all are guilty under it.
Those who wish to deceive about morality imply that if the law on mixed fibers (for which Christians, redeemed from the condemnation of the law by Christ, need not be concerned) is silly, then all moral law is silly. Once they fool themselves into thinking that they have proved all moral law to be silly, they are (of course, who would not have guessed?) free to do whatever they will. This claim results from misunderstanding the relationship between the Old Testament and the New Testament.
To be set free from ritual requirements is not to be at liberty to murder, but that is where their argument leads, as much as it leads anywhere else.
The New Testament says nothing about mixed fibers, so that citation is simply an irrelevancy brought into the discussion to deceive the uninformed.

There are no outdated rules in the New Testament.
Love one another.
Speak the truth to one another.
Avoid even the appearance of evil.
Do that which is approved by all, that no one have occasion to fault you.
If there is any virtue, anything good that all agree to be good and worthy of praise, think on these things.
All of the New Testament is consistent with the above admonitions.
None of this has ever gone out of date.
Those who find fault with the New Testament and claim that there are “outdated” things in it, are those who do not know what is in it because they refuse to read it, or those who refuse to live by the above guidance because they won’t allow anything but their own cravings to govern them. That much has been absolutely repeatedly made clear.

I went there today to check this “source.” It’s a story (and “story” is the right word, rather than “news”) supposedly linked to the Chicago Trib’s Washington bureau dated Nov 3, 2008.
November three. Get it? This isn’t some new clarification being offered in light of the whole controversy in response to the well-known objections that have by now been raised hundreds, or thousands of times without any trace of coherant response to date. This is just a reference to the original obfuscation that was offered as a toss-off to the gullible in the first place.
Moreover, the article contains a repetition of that obvious lie conflating the online purported COLB “image” and the birth certificate “seen” by Dr. Fukino and “verified” to be in the possession of the state of Hawaii.
In other words, this link leads not to any recent evidence that the birth certificate question has been clarified in light of the current debate as so understood, but to the original lie and deliberate obfuscating cover-up.

The quote from Fukino is also old, but Mr Pill is rehashing it over and over again, with his (and yours) interpretation that they have verified nothing.
What we are establishing here is that you won’t believe anything on the internet that appears to disagree with your opinion, but you will be believe anything on the the internet that agrees with your opinion. You will agree with Dr Ron Polarik’s assessment that the COLB is fake, even though he won’t give his real name. Obama can’t release his original birth certificate. It’s the original. Like all the other originals, it will stay in the vault for good. Copies will be made when required. Obama has made available a document which has all the information on it that proves he is eligible to be president. It is irrelevant that you think it’s fake (if you think this document is fake, then anything they release could be fake). It is irrelevant that you think he cannot be president because of his father’s status – that’s not related to his birth certificate.
John stated that an image of the document is not good enough. It is good enough.
If it was fake, it would be incumbent on the officials of Hawaii to come forward. The fact that they have not come forward validates the document. The fact that they have said that the document is valid, validates the document too (Okubo has told people who have inquired that it is valid)

Why would he release it? To 99.999% of the world, this is a non issue. There are crazy lawsuits being filed everyday. It’s up to the courts to dismiss them, like they have done so far with this issue. I could sue you to see your birth certificate. Would you show it to me just to settle it? No, you would wait for a judge to dismiss my lawsuit. Same thing.

I address the reasons that I think he has been as transparent as can be expected with respect to his birth records. A president need only prove what he is required to prove, and he is not obligated to open up any records that contain information not relevant to his job. He does not need to open up college records – that is not relevant. If my employer were able to see my college records, he would actually see that I flunked a course that could be considered vital to my job. I was young and stupid at the time. Now, I am an expert in my field in that discipline – an expertise I owe in part to my flunking of that course, and I would prefer that those records not be seen. Privacy is allowed – even for the president. We know an astounding amount about his past, his experiences and that of his family. What matters now – and it will be public, and hopefully transparent – is the policies he makes, the people he hires, and how well he oversees the running of the country.

Sandra Lines did not confirm Polarik’s study – she merely stated that you can not confirm that a document is genuine by examing a scanned image. A quick google search for her affadavit will tell you as much. For every second that he continues to refuse to show the documentation proving him to be as advertised, he succeeds at only one thing: dividing the country. This is the behavior of a traitor. I’m not going to pull any punches for your sorry-sss and inappropriate feelings. That man is deliberately dividing the country in the coldest, most calculated way, and the devil take him (so long–unto eternity–as he is unrepentant) for it.
Your excuses, your rationalizations are full of holes. Not every item on your list is necessarily “proven” if the proposition contrary to yours is true. But I am not going to waste another second pointing out the gaping logical holes in your pretense of reasoning.
That phony is dividing the country. That is an evil thing to do. That phony is doing this deliberately. That is what I see. That is what I believe.
There are many people who see this obvious truth, however much you keep contradicting it. Save your breath. The more you protest this, the more you prove it true. All your blather doesn’t change the fact that this lack of forthright honesty and openness with the American people has created a cancer of distrust that will, I can assure you with all certainty, lead only to a bad result. Maybe not today, maybe not tomorroe, but soon enough, and with lasting damage to our society.
I have nothing but contempt for someone who would do such a thing to the people of this country, and by extension, to the whole world.
This man is doing something evil, and it stinks to high heaven.
And now all excuses for this to the devil, too. No compromise with evil.
I will not listen to the obvious lies. The tree is known by its fruit.
The rottenness of that tree’s fruit will stink plain enough soon enough.
Some of us can see this already. Tragic for you that you excuse-makers will have no one to blame but yourselves when you finally open your noses (if you ever do).
It is tragic for everyone that a certain vile person has divided this country.

John, since you are not interested in the opinions of others, I think the best thing to do here is to let you have the last word. Yes, the “tree is known by its fruit”, and yes, it will take time to see if Obama’s administration has success. The best thing about this is that you will again have a vote in 4 years. Be thankful for that.

One of you says that 99.999% of Americans believe the “official” story.
That is a lie, plain and simple. The number of people who do not believe this fiction outright and those who have begun to entertain doubts about it is increasing all the time. There are now hundreds of thousands, if not millions who do not believe the legitimacy of this administration, and a large percentage of these have now seen it go beyond the point of no return and never will. The damage to our trust is now irrepairable. Save your BS about how no amount of evidence, blather, blather . . . No amount of sweet talk layered on thick or mountain of canned balony can now ever convince me that I have not recently seen an extended brazen and deliberate act of defiant elitist contempt for the will of the people as the foundation of this constitutional democratic republic.
It is now abundantly clear that many people simply do not believe that man. And many people believe his every word, as thought they never had before learned in their lives that politicians are known to lie. But that man has lied so grossly, that many, many people see only the word “liar” whenever they see his picture anymore. The country is divided. Many gullible people believe him because they so desperately want the things he has said to be true. Others, more pragmatic and less gullible, know that he has repeatedly lied. And we do not believe him. So we, as a country are now divided. D-I-V-I-D-E-D.
After such a brazen defiant obfuscation and disregard for our confidence in–no, not just this shameful done-nothing buffoon who now sits in an oval office with his smug smirk, but the country itself!–our own government, this person has forever earned, yes, I said earned, our lasting disrespect–indeed, contempt. If you don’t like that, tough. I’m calling it as I see it. The lasting damage that his flaunting of the nation’s respect has caused evidences a callous, reckless, spiteful disregard for the healthful future of the county, indeed, the future of the world, that not merely earns it but richly earns it.
His refusal to give the people of this country any confidence in the honesty and integrity of its highest official reveals a degree of contempt for the voters and the democratic process that is beyond borderline, past insolent, and fully wallowed in Machiavellian depravity. That man has, by disrespecting the honest desire of the population to know the truth about its highest leader, done only one thing: he has divided the country.
You excusers don’t hear so well, so listen to that again. His hiding of his personal history and creating this doubt about his elegibility and leaving that matter completely undocumented (nevermind your lying contradictions) has divided the country.
