The November elections just put the Presidency and complete control of Congress in the hands of Socialists/Communists.

Dick Cheney Broke the Law

Dick Cheney, as Vice-President of the U.S. and President of the Senate, broke the law.

He did not follow the specific instructions of the US Code of Federal Regulations Title 3, Chapter 1, Section 15:

“the President of the Senate shall call for objections“

Cheney did not call for objections.

So Dems, are you going to prosecute Cheney?

I hope you do.

Because doing so would shed light on the fact that the law was broken and the Congressional “certification” of Obama and Biden’s Electoral College votes was illegitimate.

And do it is done. Chief Justice John Roberts has administered the Presidential oath of office to Barack Hussein Obama II. Both were clearly nervous, and they both flubbed it a bit, but it is done.

Barack Hussein Obama II is now the President of the United States and Commander in Chief of our armed forces, despite the fact that he never produced his original birth certificate.  To the general public’s knowledge, officials from all three branches of government (Legislative, Executive, and Judicial) allowed Barack Hussein Obama II to become President of the United States and Commander in Chief of our armed forces without ever looking at a Birth Certificate received directly from the State of Hawaii.

As our President, Obama deserves our prayers.  And as our President, he also owes it to “We the People” to be a man of his word.

President Obama has committed to making his administration the most open and transparent in history, and WhiteHouse.gov will play a major role in delivering on that promise.

Mr. President, authorize the State of Hawaii to release your original birth certificate.

The inauguration may be done, but the quest for honesty, openness, transparency, and accountability, all in the quest to support and defend the Constitution of the United States, is most certainly not over.

And Mr. President, if you are later found to be other than a natural born citizen, and therefore unqualified to hold the office of President, please leave office as gracefully as President George Walker Bush just did.

Kenyan Corruptocrats Travel to DC

Barack Obama and the DNC aren’t the only ones spending like sailors while the economy sputters. Corruptocrats in Kenya, land of Obama’s father, are traveling here on their government’s dime to partake in the O-festivities.

Never mind that they weren’t actually invited to any official events.

The Kenyan delegation will show up at a few balls and tune in to the swearing-in ceremony on their hotel TVs.

They didn’t travel all the way from Kenya to Washington, D.C. just to sit and watch a TV screen in a hotel room.

They had to have been invited to “top-secret, off-the-record” events like this one.

The Kenyans publicly confess that Barack Obma is a son of their soil. They’ve come to D.C. to celebrate that Kenyan son becomming President of the United States.

An Historic Day

Per David Espo at the Associated Press:

WASHINGTON (AP) – Barack Obama stood at the threshold of the White House on Monday, summoning fellow Americans to join him in service as tens of thousands flocked to the nation’s capital to celebrate his inauguration as the first black president. “Tomorrow we will come together as one people on the same Mall where Dr. King’s dream echoes still,” said the president-elect, invoking the memory of the Rev. Martin Luther King Jr. on the national holiday in his honor.

Of course, David Espo fails to realize the irony of calling Obama “black” and referencing Dr. King’s dream in back-to-back sentences. Mr. Espo, here’s a refresher on Dr. King’s dream:

“I have a dream that my four little children will one day live in a nation where they will not be judged by the color of their skin, but by the content of their character.”

And in case you haven’t already seen this video of Dr. King, the very first word Dr. King uses to describe the qualities that he thinks makes one qualified to be President is: integrity.

What is the integrity, what is the content of character, of a man with over 150 documented lies?

What is the integrity, what is the content of character, of a man who promised to be “open, transparent, and accountable“, but won’t release his original birth certificate?

Tuesday, January 20, 2009 will be an historic day.

Will our nation’s first “African-American-Indonesian” President be inaugurated?

Or will the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court have to swear in the Vice-President because the President-elect has failed to qualify?

Either way, it will be an historic day.

Irony

How ironic is this now?

Let me also say that I remain distressed that the White House during this confirmation process, which overall went smoothly, failed to provide critical documents as part of the record that could have provided us with a better basis to make our judgment with respect to the nomination. This White House continues to stymie efforts on the part of the Senate to do its job.
