Separating the Sheep from the Goats

By itooktheredpill

Jared Allen and Jackie Kucinich at “The Hill” don’t get it…

And when members of Congress talk for a long time on one topic, there are going to be a lot of metaphors — and even a few references to barn animals.

“We want to bring out the pro-American energy people,” Rep. Virginia Fox [sic] (R-N.C.) said. “We are going to soon, we hope, separate the sheep from the goats here. Are you pro-American energy? Are you anti-American energy?”

Allen and Kucinich are obviously Dems who have written a very biased article against the House Republicans. They are clueless about separating the sheep from the goats, and think it’s a barnyard analogy.

Let me, a “bitter Bible-clinger”, help you out.

Congresswoman Virginia Foxx was making a Biblical analogy:

…He will separate them one from another, as a shepherd divides his sheep from the goats.  And He will set the sheep on His right hand, but the goats on the left.  Then the King will say to those on His right hand, ‘Come, you blessed…Then He will also say to those on the left hand, ‘Depart from Me, you cursed…’

So, we are going to soon separate the sheep from the goats here:

Who are the pro-American Energy sheep on the right
-and-
Who are the anti-American Energy goats on the left?

I believe the sheep are going to defeat the goats in this Novemeber’s elections.

House GOP in no mood to compromise.
